Elena Fernández de Molina was born in Mérida, in Extremadura (Spain). She obtained her Ph.D. in Philology and Linguistics at the University of Extremadura in 2014. Before that, she had got a degree in Hispanic Studies at the University of Sevilla in 2010, and she holds an M.A. in Secondary Education Teacher Training and an M.A. in Arts and Humanities Research at the University of Extremadura.
While she carried out her degree, Elena attended training courses for teachers of Spanish at the University of Sevilla, and since then she continues training as a teacher of Spanish. She is an accredited examiner of DELE and, since 2012, she works as a teacher of Spanish at the University of Extremadura. At present, Elena is a teacher at the University of Burgos, and she alternates virtual teaching at the university with teaching Spanish lessons.
Elena is an enthusiastic and very motivating teacher with her students. She loves sports, reading and new technologies.
